17.04.2019 | The Presentation of the children’s literary collection «Tatty Alma» and a series of web graphic novels «Uly Dala anyzdary» (Legends of the Great Steppe)
On April 17, in the building of the Nazarbayev Center, the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy and the Development Foundation of the State Language held a presentation of the children’s literary collection «Tatty Alma» (volume 5) and the online project «Uly Dala anyzdary» – a series of web graphic novels «The Great Steppe» .
The event was attended by the Deputy Executive Director of the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy Sultan Aitzhanov, the Director of the Development Foundation of State Language Azat Shaueyev, well-known public figures of Kazakhstan and schoolchildren.
The children’s collection aims to develop children’s cognitive activity, creative abilities, and the spiritual and intellectual level of the younger generation.
The first 2 volumes of the collection «Tatty Alma» (prose and poetry) were released in 2015 at the expense of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy N.A. Nazarbayev, transferred to the Development Foundation of State Language for the implementation of language projects. The Foundation for the First President also provided financial support for the release of volumes 3 and 4. They include fairy tales and theatrical scenes, telling about kindness and beauty, caring attitude to nature. All the works of the collection «Tatty Alma» can be read on the website «Tattialma.kz» and the mobile application «Tatty Alma».
Today the little volume of the collection is presented to the little readers of the country. It contains Kazakh fairy tales, theatrical scenes, stories and poems of modern poets.
In order to implement the program «Ruhani zangyru» and the article of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy «Seven Facets of the Great Steppe», an online project «Uly dala anyzdary», a series of web graphic novels «Legends of the Great Steppe», was created. A website «Qazcomics.kz» and a mobile application in Kazakh, Russian and English have been developed.
The project «Uly dala anyzdary» consists of two chapters: «Seven stories about great love» and «Great Batyrs of the Kazakh land» and contains stories and legends of the Kazakh people that were passed down from generation to generation by our ancestors. All the legends are somehow connected with the spiritual shrines of Kazakhstan, which allows us to learn more about them.
Currently, two series have been prepared – «Kоzy-Kоrpesh – Bayan Sulu» and «Zhumbaktas».
The Deputy Executive Director of the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy Sultan Aitzhanov said: «I am sure that reading such works will be a very useful exercise for the guys! They will be able to learn more about the world, about our country, about its rich culture, history and about the values of our people. Reading develops memory and thinking. It makes a person more creative and creative. And all these qualities are very important for the formation of a modern competitive young citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan».
As part of the presentation, the young artists of the Balapan TV channel performed a concert program for the assembled schoolchildren.
At the end of the event, was organized a festive table with cakes and apples for children and were presented books from a new collection. Information support for the presentation «Tatti Alma» was provided by the children’s TV channel «Balapan».
